La dosis recomendada es de una cápsula al día, lo más común es tomarla por las noches, ya que, ayudará a mejorar el descanso durante la noche.

Hola, tengo bastante estrés diario y duermo mal por eso quería tomar vuestra Ashwagandha, veo que en los efectos secundarios comentáis que baja la presión arterial, por tanto, no veo el problema para los hipertensos.... Lo pregunto porque desde hace poco me han diagnosticado hipertensión diastólica pero mi médico de cabecera no tiene ni idea de suplementos, le he preguntado por otros que tomo y pone cara de poker, así que si le menciono este igual me echa de la consulta...... Hola .como dice en principio no habria problema , no obstante , lo mejor es que consulte con su especialista .

Se puede tomar 500mg por la mañana y 500mg por la noche????

Hola ! Si , esa seria muy buena opción , sobre todo reservar 1 de las tomas para 1 hora o 2 antes de acostarse :)
