Dehydration is one of the factors that decreases sports performance during physical exercise, especially when the duration is prolonged, so proper hydration is essential for the correct performance of any sport.

What is really an isotonic drink?

An isotonic drink must have a specific composition to achieve rapid absorption of water and electrolytes in addition to promoting the supply of rapidly absorbed carbohydrates.

An important parameter in this type of beverage is the osmolarity, which determines that the beverage passes quickly through the stomach and is rapidly absorbed in the small intestine. Drinks with a high osmolarity make the passage through the stomach slower and may increase the risk of digestive problems, while taking longer to reach the small intestine and slower absorption.

To make it easy to understand, osmolarity refers to the number of molecules diluted in a given liquid, in this case, the carbohydrates and electrolytes present in the beverage.

In addition to osmolarity, another important factor that an isotonic drink must meet is the sodium concentration, since during sports practice there is a loss of sodium through sweating that can be significant, especially if the duration of the exercise is prolonged. In addition to sodium, we should not forget about potassium, which can also be lost in significant amounts during long duration exercise.

Lastly, the pH of this type of beverage is not a factor that affects sports performance but it can have negative consequences on the health of the athlete. Since a high consumption of beverages with acidic pH could end up affecting the microbiota, so the pH we have tried that the drink has a pH as neutral as possible for the maintenance of the microbiota.

How to use:

Dissolve one dose in 500ml of water. Important to comply with the amount so that the drink has isotonic characteristics.

Que diferencia hay entre este producto y el wild train?

La principal diferencia entre el Hydrapro y el Wild Train es que el Hydrapro emplea como fuentes de hidratos de carbono maltodextrina y fructosa, mientras que el Wild Train contiene maltodextrina y ciclodextrina. Ambos contienen electrolitos, pero el wild train incorpora además aminoácidos esenciales que pueden resultar de gran utilidad para promover la síntesis proteica y mejorar el rendimiento, especialmente si se entrena en ayunas.

No sería necesario, tanto el Hydrapro como las Salts aportan electrolitos, por lo que te recomiendo que optes por una de las dos o las alternes, pero no combinándolas en una misma toma.

Buenas. Quería saber cual era la diferencia entre este producto, el wild train, el recovery y los eeaa (estos últimos se que no llegan hidratos de carbono, pero quería saber cual era el resto de diferencias). Es que todos me parecen muy similares. Muchas gracias.

Recovery pro: Contiene principalmente aislado de proteina y carbohidratos de rápida absorción para reponer las reservas de glucógeno y contribuir a la recuperación muscular estimulando la sintesis proteica. También contiene electrolitos para reponer la perdida por sudoración.

Tengo algunas consultas. Me parece ideal para entrenamientos de alta intensidad como son las series para tomarlo en los descansos de estas pero en el caso de rodajes, ¿Se puede tomar antes y después del rodaje al llegar a casa? Ya que no podría llevarlo conmigo en el rodaje. ¿Se pueden añadir los polvos en el bote con el agua y posteriormente meterlo en la nevera o congelador? ¿O perdería propiedades? Gracias.

El calcio y magenesio no se encuentran entre los ingredientes del hydrapro siendo estos los que si se incluyen :

Maltodextrina, fructosa, dextrosa, sal, citrato de potasio, aroma, colorante: beta caroteno y corrector de acidez: ácido málico.

Si tendria en capsula tanto el Magnesio en forma de blisglicinato :
