What is it?

Life Pro Endurance Hydro Pro is an isotonic preparation that combines electrolytes and carbohydrates. Supplementation during training with Life Pro Endurance Hydro Pro helps to maintain and promote hydration and electrolyte replenishment during exercise.

Carbohydrates:

Hydro Pro is made with 3 different carbohydrates: Maltodextrin, Fructose and Dextrose.

How to use:

Mix a dose of 1 scoop ( 30 grams) together with 500 ml of water. Take during training.

What is it?

EAAs is a supplement based on essential amino acids (those that the body cannot synthesise on its own) that has been enriched with cysteine and tyrosine. The combination of all essential amino acids has been shown to have the ability to increase muscle protein synthesis.

Properties:

Essential amino acids do not require digestion, unlike a complete protein supplement which requires a longer digestion process.

Directions for use:

Dissolve 1 scoop (14 grams) in 250 ml of water. Shake and take during workouts.
