Lo ideal es tomarlo antes del entrenamiento, ya que, sus efectos se notan en unos 30 minutos. Puedes tomarlo durante el entrenamiento contando con esto si son sesiones muy largas.

Si decides combinar un preentreno con un quema grasas es importante que al menos uno de ellos sea sin cafeína o bajo en estimulantes. Puedes combinar el Venom con el Wild Ripped low stim o el Venom non-stimulant con el Wild Ripped

Buenos días Raquel,

Por lo general no es necesario ajustar la dosis al peso corporal, pero se recomienda no superar en una sola dosis la cantidad de 3mg de cafeína por kg de peso corporal, por lo que en tu caso, especialmente si crees que eres algo sensible a la cafeína, quizás sería más adecuado ajustar la dosis a 10g (133mg de cafeína) en vez de consumir la dosis estándar de 15g (200mg de cafeína)

Buenas tardes Luis,

La ingesta recomendada de Creatina es de 0.1g/kg de peso corporal (Por ejemplo, si pesas 80kg, tu dosis sería de 8g diarios) por lo que la cantidad de creatina en una dosis de preentreno sería insuficiente (aporta 3g por cada 15g) lo que puedes hacer es consumir la creatina restante para llegar a la dosis que te corresponda según tu peso.
