Se recomienda no exceder los 200mg de cafeína en una sola dosis, por lo que está totalmente desaconsejado consumir más de una cápsula. El límite diario es de 400mg (2 cápsulas) repartidos a lo largo del día, aunque esto varía en función de la sensibilidad a la cafeína y el peso de la persona

Las capsulas de green tea extract mas caffeine solo se toma cuando se hacer ejercicio? O tambien el dia que no se hace,no tengo muy claro como tomarlas,gracias
hola buenos días, es recomendable tomarla por las mañanas y si es posible antes de una actividad física, puesto que la cantidad de cafeína por cápsula es de 200mg que es más o menos la mitad de cafeína que se recomienda a diario. Muchas gracias :)
