Para lograr perder grasa lo primordial es lograr un déficit calórico diario, la crema de arroz tiene cabida en una alimentación cuyo objetivo sea perder peso porque aporta saciedad y al ser como un postre dulce, puede sustituir a otros alimentos menos recomendables en este caso. Siempre que en la dieta general se logre un déficit energético, es perfectamente apta.
