What is it good for?

Este en concreto no dispone del certificado IFOS, la composición es la misma, aceite de pescado rico en EPA y DHA

Hola Daniel,

Las perlas de omega 3 no son muy grandes y tienen textura gelatinosa a diferencia de las pastillas convencionales, por lo que puede que tragarlas se te haga más sencillo. Si solo puedes ingerirlas masticando, depende un poco de tus circunstancias, nutricionalmente no habría ningún problema.
