Pay with Sequra

Pay in 3, 6 or 12 monthly instalments. Immediate, paperless and with only a fixed cost per instalment.

How does it work?

Bank transfer or deposit into a bank account

With this payment method you pay in advance, either by transferring the amount of the order from your bank or by making a deposit over the counter at our bank.

With this form of payment you do not pay any amount as a handling fee and you can benefit from special promotions. Remember that orders by bank transfer will be kept for 4 working days awaiting payment, excluding weekends, starting the day after the order is placed, after which time they will be automatically deleted.

It will be necessary and obligatory to indicate the order number in the concept of the transfer, and the seller will not be responsible for any delay in the management of the order that may be caused by not including this information.

When choosing the payment method, you can select by bank transfer, and you will see the bank account where you must make the deposit or transfer. IMPORTANT: Until lifepronutrition does not have proof of payment, will not start the process of preparation and shipment of the order.

This payment method is immediate, totally secure and verified by VISA.

All payments made by this payment method will be validated by your bank and, if accepted, will be sent to us automatically and instantly.

You need a security code to be able to make this type of online payment. Please consult your bank if you do not know your security code. VISA/ VISA Electron and MasterCard/Maestro cards are accepted. All our transactions are secure.

Prices

1.- The offers and price lists provided by lifepronutrition are only indicative, lifepronutrition reserves the right to modify these prices without notice, given the variability of them.

2.- The prices of the items shown in lifepronutrition include VAT and do not include transport costs, financial surcharges or any other charges and additional fees that may be applicable, which shall be borne by the customer in any case. These prices are valid except for typographical errors.

lifepronutrition offers different ways for our customers to make their purchases at the best market price. Some savings options are not compatible with each other, or with specific offers on products. Coupons are not available for all brands.

These discounts are not permanent. The period of validity and the conditions of these discounts may vary without prior notice. The cumulative use of coupons in an abusive manner is not permitted, and orders will be cancelled and the user's account may be blocked if the continued use of coupons is detected in an improper manner.

The amount of the vouchers or the gift product may be changed or cancelled without prior notice, depending on available stock. Some gift products may have a limited or short shelf life.

Terms and conditions of shipment

  • Orders placed before 14:00 will leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the following day.
  • The delivery time is 24-48 working hours from the time it leaves our warehouse. In some destinations, due to their location, it may take longer.
  • By choosing the express delivery method, you can be sure that your order will be dispatched the same day (as long as it complies with the general conditions).   • During promotional or strike periods, deliveries may be delayed due to the high volume of orders or the lack of workers on these days.

Returns

Product returns: Returns are valid only for paid products, gift or promotional products are exempt from exchanges or returns.

To make a return, the customer must inform us by email to att.clientes@indiex.es as well as the reason for the return, order number and photograph if necessary.

There are several cases in which we can manage a refund:

  • Return for withdrawal from the contract: the customer can return the products, if they are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unopened seals, within a maximum period of 15 days using their right to withdraw from the contract.
  • The customer must send the products to our central warehouse. Once received and checked their correct condition, the refund of the payment will be managed. The cost of €5 + VAT (€6.05) per domestic route will be deducted from the refund as established by law, in international routes it will be assessed depending on the destination. In the case of choosing the express carrier option, the expenses will be increased by 3 € (the additional amount selected as the express carrier option).
  • Return for product in poor condition or defective: the collection costs are borne by lifepronutrition. We only accept returns for this reason within a maximum period of 15 days for nutrition, 2 days for clothing and accessories and 1 day for fresh products, from the receipt of the order. We proceed to manage a free collection order and once we verify the poor condition of the product, we proceed to the return of the order. In the case of complements, accessories or physical material, only that which prevents the use and enjoyment of the product due to lack of functionality will be considered as damage, the rest of the damage being considered as minor according to the European Community guarantee law.
  • Return for incorrect product sent by lifepronutrition: the collection costs are paid by lifepronutrition. The products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unopened seals, only allowed to return for this reason within a maximum period of 15 days for nutrition, 2 days for clothing and accessories and 1 day for fresh products from receipt of order. We proceed to manage a free collection order and once we verify the perfect condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount.
  • Return for change of flavor, size or model: the shipping costs of the product and shipping of the new one are paid by the customer, returns for this reason are only allowed within a maximum period of 15 days for nutrition and 2 days in the case of clothing and accessories, from the receipt of the order. In this case, the client will bear the costs of €5+ VAT (€6.05) per national journey. If you are unsure about a size or model, we recommend you contact our customer service before placing your order.
  • Return of fresh products: No returns of fresh products were found unless they were sent incorrectly by Life Pro Nutrition because the expiration date is past, the packaging is deteriorated or the product is in poor condition.
  • Product returns: Returns are valid only for paid products, gift or promotional products are exempt from exchanges or returns. Gift or promotional products must always be accompanied by the purchased product. Otherwise, the actual cost of the missing products will be deducted. To make a return, the customer must inform us by email to att.clientes@indiex.es as well as the reason for the return, order number and photograph if necessary.
  • The re-dispatch of shipments entails costs incurred by the unloading, storage, loading and reshipment of the goods, so if they are due to an error in the buyer's request, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the same. In this case, the customer must pay special attention when choosing the delivery address in order to offer the best service in terms of quality and speed.
  • The transport company will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times. It will send an email or SMS with the expected delivery date, in the case of not picking up the order the customer will be charged € 5 + VAT (€ 6.05) per domestic journey.
  • In case of lack of stock of any product in the order placed, our customer service department will contact by telephone or through our platform, to replace it. In the event that the customer cannot be located, we will proceed to ship the product without the product and proceed to reimburse it in order to meet the established delivery deadlines.
  • It is important to note that if your order is returned due to product ban or restriction policy, if the shipping address is incorrect, refusal to pay customs or order acceptance fees, even if there is no one available to accept your order. You will receive the full amount of the order minus shipping costs, customs and discounts.

In all cases of refund, we reserve the right to refund money from the same payment system, the delivery of a voucher or coupon for the corresponding amount with an expiry date of 12 months.
