Prices

1.- The offers and price lists provided by lifepronutrition are indicative only; lifepronutrition reserves the right to modify these prices without prior notice, given their variability.

2.- The prices of items shown on lifepronutrition include VAT and do not include transportation costs, financial surcharges, or any other additional charges and fees that may apply, which will be borne by the Client in any case. These prices are valid except for typographical errors.

3.- lifepronutrition offers different ways for our customers to make their purchases at the best market price. Some savings options are not compatible with each other or with specific product offers. Coupons are not available for all brands.

These discounts are not permanent. The validity period and their conditions may change without prior notice. Accumulative use of coupons is not allowed, orders will be canceled, and the user's account may be blocked if continuous misuse of coupons is detected.

The value of coupons or the gift product can be modified or canceled without prior notice, depending on available stock. Some gift products may have limited or short expiration dates.

Shipping Conditions

  • Orders placed before 13:00 will leave our warehouse the same day. From 13:00 onwards, they will be shipped the next day.
  • Delivery time is 24-48 business hours from leaving our warehouse. In some destinations, due to their location, it may take longer.
  • By choosing Express shipping (only for peninsular national shipments), you ensure the dispatch of the order on the same day (provided it meets the general conditions). There are 2 forms of Express shipping: With Nacex, delivery time is 24/48 business hours from leaving our warehouse. In some destinations, due to their location, it may be delayed. With GLS14:00, delivery before 14:00 the next day is ensured, or a second delivery on the same day.
  • During promotional periods or strikes, shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of orders or lack of workers on these days.

Returns

Product Returns: Returns are only valid for paid products; gift or promotional products are exempt from exchanges or returns.

To make a return, the customer must inform us by email at att.clientes@indiex.es stating the reason, order number, and photograph if necessary.

There are several cases in which we can manage a return:

  • Return due to contract withdrawal: the customer can return the products, if they are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unopened seals, within a maximum period of 15 days using their right of contract withdrawal. Fresh products cannot be returned. The customer must send the products to our central warehouse. Once received and their correct condition verified, the refund will be processed. The one-way shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as established by law. In the case of having chosen the express transportation option, the transportation costs will be increased by the cost of €3 per journey (the extra amount selected as the express transportation option).
  • Return due to defective or damaged product: Nutrimarket covers the collection costs. Returns for this reason are only accepted within a maximum period of 15 days for nutrition products, 2 days for clothing and accessories, and 1 day for fresh products from the receipt of the order. We proceed to manage a free collection order, and once we verify the poor condition of the product, we proceed with the return of the order. In the case of accessories or physical material, only defects that prevent the use and enjoyment of the product due to lack of functionality will be considered, with the rest of the defects considered minor according to the European Community guarantee law.
  • Return due to incorrect product sent by Nutrimarket: Nutrimarket covers the collection costs. The products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unopened seals. Returns for this reason are only accepted within a maximum period of 15 days for nutrition products, 2 days for clothing and accessories, and 1 day for fresh products from the receipt of the order. We proceed to manage a free collection order, and once we verify the perfect condition of the product, we proceed with the refund.
  • Return due to change of flavor, size, or model: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product and the shipping of the new product. Returns for this reason are only accepted within a maximum period of 15 days for nutrition products and 2 days for clothing and accessories from the receipt of the order. In this case, the customer will bear the expenses. If you are unsure about a size or model, we recommend contacting our customer service before placing your order.
  • Return of fresh products: Returns of fresh products are not accepted unless they are incorrectly sent by Nutrimarket due to expired expiration date, damaged packaging, or the product being in poor condition.
  • Product returns: Returns are only valid for paid products; gift or promotional products are exempt from exchanges or returns. Gift or promotional products must always accompany the purchased product. Otherwise, the actual cost of the missing products will be deducted. To make a return, the customer must inform us by email at att.clientes@indiex.es stating the reason, order number, and photograph if necessary.
  • Re-shipments incur expenses related to unloading, storage, loading, and re-sending of goods. Therefore, if they are due to an error in the buyer's request, the customer will be responsible for the cost. In this case, the customer must pay special attention when choosing the shipping address to offer the best service in terms of quality and speed.
  • The transport company will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times. An email or SMS will be sent with the estimated delivery date; if the customer does not pick up the order, they will be responsible for each journey. (one non-collection implies 2 journeys)
  • In case of lack of stock of any product in the order placed, our customer service department will contact the customer by phone or through our platform to replace it. If the customer cannot be located, the order will be shipped without said product, and a refund will be issued to comply with the established delivery times.
  • It is important to note that if your order is returned due to product prohibition or restriction policy, incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees, or acceptance of the order, even if there is no one available to accept your order, you will receive the total amount of the order less shipping, customs, and discounts.

In all return cases, the right to return money is reserved through the same payment system, the delivery of a voucher or coupon for the corresponding amount with a validity period of 12 months.
