INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document of General Terms and Conditions of Purchase is to establish the conditions for purchasing products by users.
Please read these Terms carefully before using this website. If you wish, you can print them for consultation.
The use by the customer of the online store services presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase in the version published at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is advisable for the customer to review them before proceeding with a purchase.
GENERAL INFORMATION
In compliance with the duty of information provided in art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the ownership of the website corresponds to LIFE PRO NUTRITION SPAIN S.L, hereinafter “the Owner”, with CIF B87111001, and address at Calle Segura, 43; 28840; Mejorada del Campo – Madrid, Spain, with contact email att.clientes@indiex.es and telephone +34644526451.
SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all items offered by the Owner through the website.
Users may place orders for shipment within Spanish territory and, where applicable, to European destinations.
The Owner informs that its website is addressed exclusively to people over 18 years old. Likewise, it reserves the right to cancel the account or order of a customer if fraudulent, speculative, or bad faith acts are detected in the use of the service.
PRODUCT PRICES
All applicable taxes are included in the product prices. Shipping costs are not included in the initial price and will be added to the total amount at the time of order processing.
The Owner reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the price in force at the time of formalizing the order (subject to product availability).
The purchase order will indicate both the total price of the product(s), including VAT, and the corresponding shipping costs, as indicated in the following sections.
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific article.
The value of coupons or gifts may be modified or canceled without prior notice, depending on stock availability. Some promotional gifts may have limited or short validity.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, you must select the desired item(s). Once you have selected all the items you want, they will be added to your shopping cart. The next step will be to process the order and make payment. To do this, you must follow the steps requested on the website and follow the purchase instructions displayed on the screen. Only the data necessary for the purchase and subsequent delivery of the order will be requested. Before finalizing the purchase, you must EXPRESSLY ACCEPT these conditions, as well as the privacy policy.
During the process, before making payment, you may modify the details of your order. The order is not finalized until the process is completed, which occurs once payment has been made. Clicking “Pay” means that you purchase and pay for the selected items; this step constitutes a binding commitment.
The Owner accepts authorized electronic payment gateways, as well as Paycomet, Bizum, Sequra.
The data recorded by the website constitutes proof of the transactions carried out. The transaction will be carried out securely through authorized payment gateways. The customer will receive confirmation of the order by email.
SHIPPING POLICY
The applicable conditions, methods, delivery times, and costs of each order are described in the Shipping Policy, available at all times on this website.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will leave our warehouse the same day. After 1:00 p.m. they will leave the next day.
- The delivery time is 24–48 business hours from when it leaves our warehouse. In some destinations, due to their location, it may take longer.
- By choosing the Express shipping option (only for national peninsular shipments), you ensure the order leaves the same day (as long as the general conditions are met). There are 2 types of Express shipping: with Nacex, the delivery time is 24/48 business hours from when it leaves our warehouse. In some destinations, due to location, it may be delayed. With GLS14:00, delivery is ensured before 2:00 p.m. the next day or a second delivery attempt on the same day.
- During promotional periods or strikes, shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of orders or lack of workers during those days.
RIGHT OF ORDER CANCELLATION
The Owner reserves the right to reject an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
Likewise, the Owner has the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as:
- Error in billing data (incorrect or impossible to verify)
- Suspicion of fraud with the bank card
- Inability to send to the indicated address
- Reasons to suspect that the user is not a final consumer
- The user is under 18 years old
- Incomplete payment
PRODUCT RETURNS
Returns are only valid for paid products. Gift or promotional products are excluded from exchanges or returns.
To make a return, the customer must notify us by email at att.clientes@indiex.es, stating the reason for it, order number, and photo if necessary. If sent to any other email address, it will not be processed.
There are several cases in which we can manage a return:
- Return due to withdrawal of the contract and/or change of flavor, size, or model: The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days from receipt of the order, without the need to justify their decision and without any penalty, except for the return shipping costs which will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the law requires them to be assumed by the Owner. The right of withdrawal will apply to all products purchased, except those for which the law establishes exclusions, such as fresh products, unsealed products, or those that, for hygiene or health protection reasons, cannot be returned once opened, in accordance with art. 103 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate it to Customer Service via email at att.clientes@indiex.es, indicating the order number and, where appropriate, attaching photographs of the product. If desired, the withdrawal form model provided in current regulations may be used.
The customer must send the products to our central warehouse. Once received and their correct condition verified, the refund will be processed. The cost per trip will be deducted from the refund as required by law. In the case of having chosen the express transport option, the transport costs will be increased by €3 per trip (the extra amount selected as an express transport option). The amount to be charged per national trip will be €6.05 VAT included. In the case of international transport, the cost per trip will be equivalent to the first tranche specified in the international shipping conditions section.
- Return due to defective, damaged, or incorrect product: collection costs are borne by the Owner. Returns for this reason are only accepted within a maximum of 15 days for nutrition, 2 days in the case of clothing and accessories, and 1 day for fresh products, from receipt of the order. We will manage a free collection order within a maximum of 48 hours, with options of home collection (one attempt) or deposit at a delivery point. Once we verify the poor condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the order. In the case of accessories or physical items, only damage that prevents the use and enjoyment of the product due to lack of functionality will be considered; other minor defects are excluded according to EU warranty law.
- Gift or promotional products must always accompany the purchased product. Otherwise, the real cost of the missing products will be deducted.
- Reshipments of orders involve costs incurred for unloading, storage, loading, and reshipping of goods. If these are due to an error in the buyer’s request, the customer will bear the cost. In this case, the customer must pay special attention when choosing the shipping address to provide the best service in terms of quality and speed.
- The transport company will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times, except for collections which will be 1. An email will be sent with the expected date. If the order is not collected, the customer will bear the cost of each trip (a missed collection implies 2 trips). In the case of international transport, the cost per journey will be equivalent to the first leg specified in the international shipping conditions section, depending on the destination country.
- If the packaging shows visible damage, this must be indicated in writing on the POD (proof of delivery signed for the carrier), or the shipment must be refused and immediately notified to our customer service following the initial returns protocol.
- In case of lack of stock of any product in the order placed, our customer service department will contact you by phone or through our platform to replace it. If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be shipped without the product, with a refund of the missing product to meet the delivery deadlines.
- It is important to note that if your order is returned due to the prohibition or restriction policy of products in your country, if the shipping address is incorrect, refusal to pay customs fees, or refusal to accept the order, even if no one is available to receive it, you will receive the total amount of the order minus shipping, customs, and discounts.
In all cases of return, the refund may be made through the same payment system, the issuance of a voucher, or a coupon for the corresponding amount valid for 12 months.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Orders are subject to product availability. If difficulties arise regarding product supply or if items are out of stock, the Owner will inform the customer of this circumstance, either by email or by phone, and refund any amount paid for the unavailable product(s) or replace it with another of the same value, as decided by the customer.
WARRANTY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS
The warranty offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The contract is binding for both the customer and the Owner, as well as for our respective successors, assignees, and legal successors. The customer may not assign, transfer, encumber, or otherwise transfer a contract or any rights or obligations derived from it without having obtained the prior written consent of the Owner. We may assign, transfer, encumber, subcontract, or otherwise transfer a contract or any of the rights or obligations derived from it at any time during its validity. For the avoidance of doubt, such assignments, transfers, encumbrances, or other transfers shall not affect the rights that you, as a consumer, have recognized by law, nor shall they nullify, reduce, or limit in any way the guarantees, whether express or implied, that we may have granted you.

Our Customer Service will handle your complaint and respond as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum period of one month. If your request is not satisfactorily resolved, you may resort to ordinary jurisdiction.
MODIFICATION OF GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE
The Owner reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Purchase at any time. No modification will affect orders already in progress.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Owner’s performance of all or part of its obligations may be suspended in the event of force majeure or fortuitous event, understood as any unforeseeable event beyond the Owner’s control that prevents or delays order fulfillment, including but not limited to: strikes, social unrest, supply problems, natural disasters, or serious technical failures.
In case of force majeure, the Owner will inform the customer within a reasonable time after becoming aware of the event. If the situation continues for more than fifteen days, the customer may request cancellation of the order and refund of any amount paid, without additional cost to the consumer.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between the User and the Owner shall be governed by current Spanish regulations applicable in Spanish territory. In particular, the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, and the Civil Code shall apply. Likewise, European Union rules on electronic commerce and consumer rights shall apply.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and/or application of these Terms shall be submitted to ordinary jurisdiction, with the parties submitting to the competent Courts and Tribunals in accordance with the law.
