The cost of the service is fixed, depending on the amount of the order. There is no interest and there is no other additional payment.

Transfer or deposit in bank account
With this form of payment you make the payment in advance, either by transferring the amount of the order from your bank or by making the deposit at our bank window.
With this form of payment no amount is paid as management fees and you can benefit from specific promotions. Remember that transfer orders will be kept for 4 business days awaiting payment, not counting weekends, starting the day after placing the order, after this time they will be automatically deleted.
It will be necessary and mandatory to indicate the order number in the concept of the transfer, the seller not being responsible for the delay in the management of the order that not including this information may cause.
At the time of choosing the payment method, you can select by transfer, and the bank account where you must make the deposit or transfer will appear. IMPORTANT: Until Life Pro Nutrition has proof of the payment, it will not start the preparation process and sent the order.
Credit card (PAYCOMET)
You can pay by credit card and enjoy the advantages and terms to pay that your bank offers you.
This form of payment is immediate, totally secure and verified by VISA.
All payments made through this form of payment will be validated by your bank and, if accepted, will be sent to us automatically and instantly.
It requires a security key to be able to make this type of online payment. Check with your bank if you do not know your security code. VISA/VISA Electron and MasterCard/Maestro cards are accepted. All our transactions are secure.
Prices
1.- The offers and price lists provided by Life Pro Nutrition are indicative only, Life Pro Nutrition reserving the right to modify said prices without prior notice, given their variability.
2.- The prices of the items shown in Life Pro Nutrition include VAT and do not include transportation costs, financial surcharges or any other additional charges and fees that may be applicable, which will be borne by the Customer in any case. These prices are valid except typographical error.
3.- Life Pro Nutrition offers different means so that our clients can make their purchases at the best market price. Some savings options are not compatible with each other, nor with specific offers on products. Coupons are not available for all brands.
These discounts are not permanent. The period of validity and the conditions thereof may vary without prior notice. The abusive cumulative use of coupons is not allowed, orders being canceled and the user's account being able to be blocked if continued improper use of coupons is detected.
The amount of the coupons or the gift product can be modified or canceled without prior notice, depending on available stock. Some gift products may have limited or short expiration dates.
Shipping conditions
- Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. will leave our warehouse the same day. From 14:00 they will leave the next day.
- Delivery time is 24-72 business hours from when it leaves our warehouse. In some destinations, due to their location, it may take longer.
- Choosing the express shipping method ensures that your order will ship on the same day (as long as it meets the general conditions). The delivery time is 24 business hours from the time it leaves our warehouse. In some destinations, due to its location, it may take a while.
- In promotional or strike periods, shipments may be delayed due to the large volume of existing orders or the lack of workers on these days.
Returns
Product returns: Returns are valid only for paid products, gift or promotional products are exempt from changes or returns.
To make a return, the customer must notify us by email at att.clientes@indiex.es as well as the reason for it, order number and photograph if necessary.
There are several cases in which we can manage a return:
- Return for withdrawal of contract: the customer can return the products, if they are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unopened seals, in the maximum period of 15 days using your right of withdrawal from the contract.
- The customer must send the products to our central warehouse. Once received and verified its correct status, the return of the payment will be managed. The expense of €6 per national journey will be deducted from the return as established by law, in international it will be valued depending on the destination.
- Return for product in poor condition or defective: the collection costs are borne by Life Pro Nutrition. Returns are only accepted for this reason within a maximum period of 15 days for nutrition, 2 days in the case of clothing and accessories and 1 day for fresh products, from receipt of the order. We proceed to manage a free collection order and once we verify the poor condition of the product, we proceed to return the order. In the case of complements, accessories or physical material, the only damage that prevents the use and enjoyment of the product due to lack of functionality will be understood as damage, considering the rest of the damage as minor according to the guarantee law of the European Community.
- Return for incorrect product sent by Life Pro Nutrition: collection costs are borne by Life Pro Nutrition. The products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unopened seals, returns are only allowed for this reason within a maximum period of 15 days for nutrition, 2 days in the case of clothing and accessories and 1 day for fresh products from the reception of the order. We proceed to manage a free collection order and once we verify the perfect condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount.
- Return for change of flavor, size or model: shipping costs of the product and shipping of the new one are paid by the customer, returns are only allowed for this reason within a maximum period of 15 days for nutrition, 2 days in the case of clothing and accessories and 1 day for fresh products, from receipt of the order. In this case, the client will bear the cost of €6 per national route. If you are in doubt about a size or model, we recommend that you contact our customer service before placing your order.
- Product returns: Returns are valid only for paid products, gift or promotional products are exempt from exchanges or returns. Gift or promotional products must always be accompanied by the purchased product. Otherwise the actual cost of the missing products will be deducted. To make a return, the customer must inform us by email to att.clientes@indiex.es as well as the reason for the return, order number and photograph if necessary.
- Reshipments of shipments carry expenses caused by the unloading, storage, loading and forwarding of the merchandise, therefore if they are due to an error in the buyer's request , the customer will bear the cost of it. In this case, the customer must pay special attention when choosing the shipping address to offer the best service in terms of quality and speed.
- The transport company will try to deliver a maximum of 2 times. It will send an email or an SMS with the expected delivery date, in the case of not picking up the order, the customer will be responsible for €6 per national route.
- In case of lack of Stock of any product in the order placed, our customer service department will contact you by phone or through our platform, for replacement of the same. In the case of not locating the client, the shipment will be made without said product, proceeding to the reimbursement of the same in order to meet the established delivery deadlines.
- It is important to note that if your order is returned due to product prohibition or restriction policy, if the shipping address is incorrect, refusal to pay the customs or order acceptance fees, even if no one is available to accept your order. You will receive the total amount of the order less shipping costs, customs and discounts.
In all cases of return, the right to refund money is reserved from the same payment system, the delivery of a voucher or coupon for the corresponding amount with expiration of 12 months.
