Hola Mireia,

Se recomienda preparar con leche o algún tipo de bebida vegetal para que el resultado sea lo más parecido a un helado tradicional pero puede probar con agua a ver que tal.

Algunos sabores llevan trocitos de galleta y por tanto contienen gluten, los sabores que no llevan galleta podrían contener trazas por contaminación cruzada pero no contienen ningún ingrediente con gluten.

La tarrina completa contiene 11g de hidratos de carbono, de los cuales 6.5g son azúcares.

En 100g de producto ya preparado habría 4g de hidratos de carbono, de los cuales 2,4g serían azúcares, además de los que provengan de la bebida que emplees para realizar la mezcla
