We send our orders through various leading transportation companies.

Shipping Conditions for Mainland Spain:

Our delivery time is 24 hours with a maximum of 48 business hours from the time the order is placed, provided it is before 1:00 p.m. 

Orders placed on Friday until 1:00 p.m. will be delivered starting from Monday, and those placed after 1:00 p.m. will be sent on Monday and delivered starting from Tuesday.

During promotional periods (e.g., days before and after Black Friday), shipments may experience slight delays due to the high volume of orders processed during that time.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, without being able to specify specific times, except for hiring Express GLS14:00 transport.

Free delivery service within 24/48 business hours for national orders over 25€. For orders under 25€, an additional charge of 5€ + VAT (6.05€) per trip will be added.

• Orders can be managed through our online website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or online chat through the accesses on the same website.
• Double-check that all your information is correct and provide an address and phone number where you will be most of the day to receive the delivery. The transport company will send an email or SMS with the expected delivery date, making two delivery attempts. In case the customer does not receive the order, a charge of 5€ + VAT (6.05€) will be made for peninsular national trips (if not received, there are 2 trips, outbound and return).
• If the express transport option has been chosen, an additional cost of 3€ per trip will be added to the transportation costs (the extra amount selected as an express transport option).
• Change of address: If the customer decides to change the address once the package has been sent, they must bear the costs of the service, which amount to 5€ + VAT (6.05€) per national trip (reforwarding is an additional cost).
• In case of out-of-stock of any product in the order, our customer service department will contact the buyer for its replacement. If the customer cannot be located, the order will be shipped without said product, and a refund will be issued to comply with the established deadlines.
• Returns without justified cause or rejection of orders will be processed once the order is physically in our warehouses, and the expenses will be borne by the customer, also paying the initial shipping cost of 7.43€ + VAT (8.99€).
• If any order does not meet any of the conditions described above, it will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified via email.

There are 2 express shipping methods available for an extra 3€.

Nacex- If the customer prefers this agency, their order will be shipped within 24/48 hours.

GLS14:00- It ensures delivery before 2:00 p.m. the next day after shipping, and in case of needing a 2nd delivery on the same day, the customer can choose the delivery time or GLS pickup point through their APP.

Shipping Conditions for Balearic Islands:

• Delivery service within 48/72 business hours from the time the order is placed, provided it is before 2:00 p.m. Orders placed between Friday at 2:00 p.m. and Monday will be shipped on Monday to be delivered within 48 hours with a maximum of 72 business hours.
• Free shipping for national orders to the Balearic Islands over 45€. For orders under 45€, an additional charge of 6.90€ per trip will be added.

International Shipping Conditions:

Items from the flour, flakes, and egg white categories may include an additional shipping charge, which will be added to the final price shown only if the cart contents do not meet certain conditions.

The conditions for applying this extra cost are:

1. The charge is €1 + taxes per unit.
2. If the cart is worth less than €40 and contains this type of product.
3. If the cart exceeds €40, but more than 50% of the amount corresponds to this type of product.

If the cart is over €40 and more than 50% of the amount corresponds to non-special products (flour, flakes, egg whites), no surcharge will be applied.

These conditions may change at any time that Life Pro Nutrition Spain S.L.U. deems necessary.

Life Pro Nutrition SL is not responsible for packages rejected or detained by customs. There are many laws, regulations, and restrictions specific to each country that may affect our ability to send your order and your ability to receive it.
