Free 24-hour delivery service for orders over 25 €

- Delivery information: At the time of making the purchase, always indicate an address where the delivery will be. most of the day to be able to make the delivery. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

- Essential: Indicate the NIF
- All extra expenses (Councils, Customs Management, Tributes, Fees and any expense or tax) generated by the order will always be borne by the customer.
- Optionally, some gifts may not be shipped with orders. The gifts are subject to availability and stock, and cannot be claimed later. Gifts are also taxed and must be invoiced.
- The total delivery time for the client depends on the day of the week the order is placed, so the delivery can be between 5 to 10 days.

- Free shipping from 60 € and €7.43; + VAT for smaller orders.
Canary Islands:
- Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: Free shipping from 60 € and €8.99; for lower orders. Minimum order €40.
- Tenerife: Free shipping from 60 € and 5 € for lower orders. Minimum order €20.
Europe:
- France: free shipping from 60 € and 15 euro; + VAT for smaller orders.
- Rest of Europe: free shipping from 120 € and 15 euro; + VAT for smaller orders.

Fresh produce:
The minimum amount to send fresh products without transport costs is 50€; because the products must be shipped with refrigerated transport. (Cheeses, Pizzas and Burgers).
Fresh produce orders may take two to three business days as they are fulfilled by a non-Life Pro Nutrition vendor. These orders are sent to the customer's address in optimal conditions by said manufacturer
Fresh products are not shipped to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands for infrastructure reasons, since these products need to be refrigerated.
Customs information
Indiex Sport Nutrition Spain SL is not responsible for packages rejected or retained by customs. There are many country-specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may affect our ability to deliver your order to you and your ability to receive it.
We recommend that you contact the customs office to understand what is wrong. Regulations and restrictions may apply to items you are shipping. asking. Local customs agents may delay your order or refuse delivery in accordance with local laws.
Only unopened items may be returned.
It is important to note that if your order is returned due to product prohibition or restriction policy, incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees or order acceptance, even if no one is available to accept your order. You will receive the total amount of the order less shipping costs, customs and discounts.
