We ship our orders through several of the leading parcel delivery companies.
Peninsula:
Our delivery time is 24 working hours with a maximum of 48 working hours from the time the order is placed, as long as it is before 14:00. Orders placed between Friday at 14:00 and Monday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
During promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday or specific promotions) or strikes, deliveries may be delayed due to the high demand of orders to be handled.
The delivery takes place during the course of the day, without being able to specify specific times.
Free 24/48 working hours delivery service for national orders over 25 €, for orders under 25 € an extra charge of 5 € + VAT (6,05 €) for transport will be added.
- Orders can be managed from our online website, our physical shops, by phone, WhatsApp or online chat from the accesses on the website.
- Check that all your details are correct and indicate an address and telephone number where you will be most of the day in order to make the delivery. The transport company will send an email or SMS with the expected delivery date, there are 2 delivery attempts. In the event that the customer does not receive the order, the customer will be charged 5€ + VAT (6,05€) per domestic return journey. In the case of choosing the express carrier option, the expenses will be increased by 3 € (the additional amount selected as the express carrier option).
- Change of address: If the customer decides to change the address once the package has been sent, he/she will have to pay the service costs of €5 + VAT (€6.05) per domestic delivery.
- In case of lack of stock of any product in the order placed, our customer service department will contact the customer by telephone or through our platform, to replace it. In the event that the customer cannot be located, we will proceed to ship the product without the product and refund it in order to comply with the established deadlines.
Baleares:
- Our delivery time is 48/72 hours from the time the order is placed, as long as it is before 14:00 hours. Orders placed between Friday at 14:00 and Monday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- For orders up to 120 € a transport charge of 7,43 € + VAT (8,99 €) will be added.
- Free shipping on orders over 120€.
- Orders can be managed from our online website, our physical shops, by phone or by WhatsApp or online chat from the accesses on the website.
- Returns without justified cause or refusals of orders will be processed once the order is physically in our warehouses, the costs will be borne by the customer also paying the initial shipping cost of 7,43+tax (8,99€).
- If any order does not comply with any of the conditions described above, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be notified by email.
Europe:
- France: free delivery from €60 and €15 + VAT for orders below €60.
- Rest of Europe: free delivery for orders over 120 € and 15 € + VAT for orders under 120 €.
The company reserves the right to change these payment methods at any time.
Fresh products:
The minimum amount to send fresh products without transport costs is 50€ because the products must be sent with refrigerated transport (Cheese, Pizzas and Hamburgers).
Orders of fresh products may take between two and three working days, as they are served by a supplier outside Nutrimarket. These orders are sent to the customer's home in optimal conditions by the manufacturer.
We do not ship fresh products to the Canary and Balearic Islands for infrastructure reasons, as these products need to be refrigerated.
Customs information
Life Pro Nutrition SL is not responsible for packages refused or held by customs. There are many country specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may affect our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it.
We recommend that you contact the customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering. Local customs agents may delay your order or refuse delivery in accordance with local laws.
Only unopened items can be returned.
It is important to note that if your order is returned due to product ban or restriction policy, if the shipping address is incorrect, refusal to pay customs or order acceptance fees, even if there is no one available to accept your order. You will receive the full amount of the order minus shipping costs, customs and discounts.
You will also be responsible for any other external charges, such as storage fees or return postage. If the cost of returning your order is more than the total amount to be refunded, we will instruct the carrier to abandon your order and you will not receive a refund. If a product is seized by customs, you will not receive a refund for that product. When returning a package, please note that refunds cannot be processed until the returned package has arrived at our warehouse.
