What are Cyclo Gel Energy? 

The gels are an excellent ally for all sportsmen and women who practise endurance sports, as they help to cover energy requirements, replenish minerals lost through perspiration and maintain hydration.

Two types of carbohydrates are found in its composition; maltodextrin and cyclodextrin. Carbohydrates are the macronutrient responsible for providing energy to the body, maintaining performance and preventing or postponing the onset of fatigue. 

They have a high molecular weight, a fast gastric emptying and digestion process. Its texture is watery, and it has a refreshing effect. No preparation required. Ready to take format.

Cyclo Gel Energy has been designed in 3 different flavours: neutral, tropical and lemon-lime. Also available in a caffeinated version. Each gel provides 30g of carbohydrates. 

The composition of Cyclo Gel Energy. 

Cyclodextrin.

Cyclodextrin is a patented, state-of-the-art carbohydrate obtained from the enzymatic degradation of starch. Patented Cluster Dextrin. 

It has a very efficient and fast absorption rate due to its low osmotic pressure. It does not generate large insulin peaks. Thanks to its fast gastric emptying, it avoids heavy digestion and any stomach upset that may be produced.

Maltodextrin. 

Maltodextrin is obtained by a process called starch hydrolysis. It provides energy quickly, without upsetting the stomach, and helps replenish and maintain glycogen stores. It also has a fast gastric emptying, favouring its passage through the stomach. 

Sodium. 

Sodium is a mineral that is eliminated in large proportions through sweat.

It favours the absorption of nutrients, contributes to the relaxation of the nervous system after training and favours the absorption of amino acids, water and glucose.

It also contributes to the regulation of blood volume and blood pressure.
