What is it for? Recently, the role of nutrition in training has become significantly important due to the high energy demands in sports activities. Therefore, the proper supply of carbohydrates and electrolytes becomes crucial. During exercise, carbohydrate intake should be adjusted to the individual needs of each athlete.

These gels provide a balanced combination of 20 g of maltodextrin and 10 g of fructose per gel (30 g of total carbohydrates), along with 200 mg of sodium, the main electrolyte lost through sweat. They have been designed taking into account the needs and limitations of athletes, offering a watery texture, refreshing and a mild flavor, without excessive sweetness or bitterness. Furthermore, their easy opening and continuous consumption make them ideal for long training sessions. As they do not contain stimulants, they can be combined with other products or used in stimulant-free sessions, thus adapting to the individual preferences of athletes.

What is the appropriate dose?
