The Tower 200 pull-up and exercise tower is easy to install. It can be placed in doors with a maximum thickness of 4.5 cm.

No tools are required for installation. 

Hook Tower 200 on the opposite side to where the door opens.  Place the lower part of the Tower 200 on the bottom of the door you have chosen, and the upper part of the Tower 200 on the top of the door.

No further installation is necessary as all parts are already assembled. It is quick and easy to assemble.
