Eneko Baz holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the University of the Basque Country, a Master's degree in High-Performance Sports, a Master's degree in Research, and a PhD specializing in training variables that modulate muscle hypertrophy. His professional career has been developed with a clear objective: to integrate scientific evidence with the practical application of training.
As a researcher and scientific author, he has focused his work on the study of strength training and muscle hypertrophy, with more than 20 research papers published in indexed scientific journals. In parallel, as a physical trainer, he has guided his athletes to four world titles in natural bodybuilding and to obtaining five professional cards.

He combines his research activity with teaching in various postgraduate university programs, primarily at ICEN, where he participates in the training of professionals in the field of training and health.
