WhatsApp and SMS Messaging Service Terms

1. Service Provider

2. Service Description

By subscribing, you will receive messages from LifePro Nutrition via WhatsApp and/or SMS containing offers, promotions, product news and cart reminders, as well as messages about your orders (confirmation, shipping, delivery and issues).

3. Subscription

Subscription is voluntary and free of charge and requires your express consent by ticking the corresponding checkbox. You do not need to subscribe to make purchases on our website. You must be over 18 years of age and the owner of the phone number provided, or have the owner's authorization.

4. Frequency

You will receive a maximum of 5 promotional messages per month. Messages regarding your orders will be sent when necessary.

5. Cost

The service is free of charge. Your mobile operator may apply data usage or SMS charges depending on your plan.

6. Unsubscription

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying BAJA or STOP to any message, using the unsubscribe link or emailing rgpd@lifepro.es. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive promotional messages. You may continue to receive essential messages regarding ongoing orders.

7. Help

8. Liability

LifePro Nutrition is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by the mobile operator, WhatsApp (Meta) or circumstances beyond its control. Offers sent are subject to their own terms and conditions and availability.

10. Amendments and Applicable Law
