1. Organising company

This promotion (hereinafter, the "Giveaway") is organised by LIFEPRO NUTRITION S.L.U., with Tax ID (CIF) B87111001 and registered office at Calle Segura nº 43, Mejorada del Campo, 28840 Madrid, Spain (hereinafter, "Life Pro" or the "Organiser").

2. Purpose and entry mechanics

Life Pro is running a promotional giveaway among its followers on Instagram (@lifepro_oficial) to mark the "Back to Work" campaign. To enter, users must, during the period set out in clause 3:

• Follow Life Pro's official Instagram account (@lifepro_oficial).
• Like the official giveaway post.
• Comment on the post tagging a minimum of 2 (two) friends.

Only entries meeting all three conditions above within the Giveaway period will be considered valid. Each user may enter as many times as they post distinct comments tagging different friends, unless the Organiser decides to limit the number of valid entries per person, in which case this will be expressly stated in the post.

Each participant may only enter with a single Instagram profile. If the same person is found to be entering with multiple profiles, all of their entries will be excluded from the Giveaway.

3. Time frame and territorial scope

Time frame: the Giveaway will run from 00:00 on 7 September 2026 to 23:59 on 14 September 2026 (Spanish mainland time).

Territorial scope: the Giveaway is aimed exclusively at residents of Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands). Persons resident outside this territory may not enter or be declared winners.

Only individuals aged 18 or over may enter. Employees of Life Pro Nutrition S.L.U., their immediate family members, and anyone involved in organising this promotion are excluded from the Giveaway.

4. Prizes

3 (three) discount codes worth €150 each will be raffled.

• The prize is personal and non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for its cash value or for any other product or service.

5. Selection and notification of winners

The 3 winners will be selected at random from among all valid entries, using the Comment Picker Pro tool, on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 12:00 (Spanish mainland time).

Winners will be notified by direct message (DM) on Instagram and/or by mention in the giveaway post itself, within a maximum of 5 business days from the draw.

If, within 5 calendar days of notification, a winner does not respond confirming acceptance of the prize and providing the details needed for delivery, they will be deemed to have forfeited it, and a substitute winner will be selected using the same random procedure.

6. Prize delivery

Once acceptance has been confirmed, Life Pro will contact the winner to collect the necessary details and will arrange for the discount code to be sent within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

7. Disqualification

Life Pro reserves the right to exclude from the promotion, at any time, any participants who use fraudulent means, act in bad faith, or fail to comply with any of the conditions set out in these terms. If any irregularity is detected after the prize has been delivered, Life Pro reserves the right to claim its return.

8. Taxation

Under Spanish personal income tax (IRPF) regulations, the obligation to make a payment on account only applies when the market value of the prize exceeds €300. As the value of each code is below that amount, this promotion does not give rise to any withholding or payment-on-account obligation for LifePro Nutrition S.L.U.

9. Data protection

The personal data provided by participants (Instagram username, and, where applicable, the name, address and phone number of winners for prize delivery) will be processed by LIFEPRO NUTRITION S.L.U. for the purpose of managing the Giveaway and delivering the prizes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December.

10. Instagram disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or in any way associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants expressly release Instagram from any liability arising from this promotion. Any queries relating to the Giveaway must be directed to Life Pro, never to Instagram.

11. Limitation of liability

Life Pro reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the Giveaway in the event of force majeure or circumstances preventing its normal running, and undertakes to communicate any such changes through its official channels.

12. Acceptance of these terms

Participation in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms, as well as of Life Pro's judgement in resolving any matter arising from it.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from this promotion, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under law.
