Once the order has been processed, cancellations or changes cannot be made. If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting our customer service team by email. We will try to process your request whenever possible.

Once shipped, you will receive an email from us and from the carrier with the delivery details and tracking number. If you have not received it and your order status is “Payment accepted”, your order is still being processed.

Once shipped, the delivery time is 24/48 business hours for deliveries within mainland Spain. For all other destinations, delivery may take up to 5 business days. You can check the details and shipping costs in the Shipping section.

Yes, product or size exchanges are possible for clothing and accessories, or you may return an item by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unopened, with its original packaging and seal. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our facilities.

We currently accept payment by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sequra and Bizum. For shipments to Italy, PayPal is also available in addition to the previous payment methods.

You can finance your purchase by selecting Sequra as the payment method and choosing the number of instalments you prefer in the fourth step of the order confirmation process.
