What is Life Pro Vitamin B12?
Life Pro Vitamin B12 is a supplement formulated with vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, i.e. it cannot be stored in the body and has a large number of properties and functions. What dose should I take?
Take 2000 mcg of cyanocobalamin twice a week (each capsule containing 1000 mcg).
With few exceptions, vitamin B12 supplementation should be given in two doses of 1000 mcg (1 capsule) twice a week, in order to maintain levels in the correct range and to ensure that there is no need to worry about the range on blood tests.
Administration in two doses (2 separate days of the week) is more efficient than taking it in a single dose.
