How do reviews work?

User reviews are a fundamental part of this website. They help us understand their experience, identify areas for improvement and provide useful information to other people before they make a decision.

All ratings reflect the personal experience and opinion of the people who publish them. For this reason, reviews may differ from one another, even when they refer to the same product or service.

How ratings are calculated

The overall score is calculated using the ratings submitted by users. The available scores are taken into account and an average is displayed based on the rating scale indicated in each section.

The displayed rating may change as new reviews are published. In certain cases, we may also consider factors such as the publication date, the usefulness of the review or whether the experience has been verified, provided these features are available.

Publication and moderation of reviews

Before being published, reviews may undergo a moderation process designed to detect inappropriate, fraudulent or irrelevant content.

Reviews containing insults, threats, discriminatory language, personal information, advertising, malicious links or content that infringes the rights of others will not be published.

Moderation is not intended to remove negative opinions. Both positive and negative experiences may be published, provided they are expressed respectfully and comply with our participation guidelines.

Verified reviews

When a review is marked as verified, it means that we have been able to confirm some form of interaction, purchase, booking or experience related to the product or service being reviewed.

Reviews without this label are not necessarily false. It may simply mean that we do not have enough information to verify the user’s experience.

Independence and transparency

The companies, brands or professionals mentioned cannot directly edit reviews published by users. However, they may request a review if they believe that a comment breaches our guidelines.

If you notice a suspicious or inappropriate review, you may report it so that our team can assess it. If we confirm that it violates our publication guidelines, it may be edited, hidden or removed.

Recommendations for writing a review

To make a review useful, we recommend describing the experience clearly, including relevant details and maintaining a respectful tone. It is best to focus on specific facts and avoid including personal information about yourself or other people.

By submitting a review, the user confirms that the content reflects their genuine experience and that they have the necessary rights to publish it.
