Buenas tardes Eme, la vida útil de las salsas es bastante larga, siempre que se mantengan cerradas, por lo que no haría falta congelarlas, ya que pueden verse afectadas las propiedades organolépticas de ellas. Se pueden conservar si no se han abierto, a temperatura ambiente, en un lugar fresco y sin estar expuestas a la luz para garantizar su máxima conservación.
