What is Best Garlic?

Best Garlic is a supplement formulated with dried extract of black garlic standardised to 1% allicin and 2% alliin and black garlic with the SACsol patent, which contains 1% S-allylcysteine (SAC).

Dried black garlic extract has numerous properties and benefits for the body. Black garlic contains allicin, one of the molecules responsible for its lipid-lowering and antiplatelet effects. In addition, black garlic has a high antioxidant power because it contains S-allylcysteine (SAC). SAC is increased during the fermentation process by which the black garlic extract is obtained.
