Puedes tomarlo cuando te resulte más cómodo, pero generalmente en ayunas se optimiza la absorción de los suplementos y en periodos próximos al entrenamiento los tejidos tienen un mayor riego sanguíneo y están más receptivos a la entrada de nutrientes y principios activos.

¿Cuando dejas de tomarlo pierdes toda la msa muscular y fuerza que habias ganado con ayuda del suplemento? Y tengo otra pregunta a partir de cuantos años se puede tomar? En absoluto, este suplemento participa en los procesos del organismo mediante los cuales se produce la testosterona y al potenciar esta producción endógena, puede facilitar la ganancia de masa muscular y recuperación, pero no provoca unos niveles fuera del rango fisiológico por lo que el progreso logrado durante la toma del suplemento no se verá perjudicado si dejas de tomarlo.

Sí, lo pueden tomar personas de 18 años, pero a estas edades es cuando más testosterona se genera de forma endógena, por lo que el beneficio no será tan notable como lo sería en personas cuya producción de testosterona esté comprometida.

No se han observado efectos perjudiciales sobre la salud, se recomienda hacer descansos de 5 días cada 15 días de toma, o tomar ininterrumpidamente en en una dosis de 2 capsulas diarias
