Recipe: tacos with beans and minced meat, high in protein

Healthy eating

In the world of comforting and delicious food, tacos are an unbeatable choice. But what if I told you that you can enjoy the satisfaction of healthy tacos, high in protein and low in fat? In this post, we will explore an innovative and delicious recipe: tacos made with beans and minced meat. Not only are they a delicious and versatile option, but they also help you meet your daily protein requirements. In addition, you can modify one or more ingredients according to your preferences and needs. For example, you can replace minced pork with beef or even shredded chicken breast.

In addition, we have incorporated beans into the recipe. Beans, also known as legumes, are a nutritionally rich and versatile food with a wide range of properties:

  • An excellent source of plant-based protein.
  • They are rich in fiber, both soluble and insoluble. Fiber is essential for healthy digestion and can help keep blood sugar and cholesterol levels stable.
  • Complex carbohydrates: They are a source of complex carbohydrates, providing sustained energy over time.
