For this, we have used the protein called Clear Isolate Zero. The main reason why we recommend making this recipe with it is the magnificent texture it acquires, similar to that of juice or a still soft drink, very light and ideal for this type of popsicle. To make them, we have chosen the tropical flavor of this protein, but you can use any of the available flavors. You can try them all and choose your favorite!
CaliPros proteicos con Clear Isolate Zero
¿Qué necesitas?
- 1 Shaker
- 4 Moldes de helado en forma de cono
Ingredients
- 200 ml agua
- 20 g Clear Isolate Tropical
Instructions
- En un shaker vertemos 200ml de agua.
- Añadimos 20 gramos de proteína Clear Isolate. Ha sido escogido sabor tropical.
- Cerramos el shaker.
- Agitamos hasta obtener una completa disolución de la proteína.
- En unos moldes para helados en forma de cono, veremos la mezcla y cerramos con el tapón correspondiente.
- Llevamos al congelador 4-6 horas.
- Una vez transcurrido el tiempo, ¡listo!
