- 1 batidora
- 1 cuchillo
- 1 cuchara
- 1 tazón
Ingredients
- 240 gramos de garbanzos cocidos pueden ser de lata o cocidos previamente por nosotros.
- 60 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra
- 2 cucharadas de tahini (pasta de sésamo)
- 1 limón
- 1 diente de ajo
- 15-20 ml de agua en función de la consistencia deseada
- sal y comino al gusto
Instructions
- Comenzamos enjuagando los garbanzos, especialmente si hemos empleado garbanzos de lata. Escurrimos bien tratando de eliminar todo el agua sobrante.
- En una batidora añadiremos todos los ingredientes: los garbanzos, junto con AOVE, tahini, ajo, el jugo del limón que podemos exprimir en el momento, y sal y comino al gusto.
- Tritutra todos los ingredientes. Puedes ir añadiendo agua de forma gradual si observas que la consistencia es muy densa.
- Bate hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien triturados y obtengas una pasta homogénea.
- Una vez alcanzado el sabor y textura deseado, sacamos el hummus de la batidora y lo colocamos en un tazón o recipiente.
- Y listo. Puedes servir tu hummus acompañado de pan o junto con verduras como zanahoria, berenjena o pepino.
