Protein Popsicles with Life Pro Clear Isolate
With the arrival of summer and warm weather, who doesn’t feel like enjoying a refreshing popsicle? And who said it couldn’t be healthy? Finding 100% healthy popsicles or ice creams that are high in protein and contain no added sugars can be a difficult task. That’s why, at Life Pro, we have prepared an incredible protein popsicle recipe, adding to all those recently published on Instagram, in which we show you how to prepare homemade popsicles with a San Francisco flavor in less than 5 minutes—the favorite non-alcoholic cocktail of many people.
That’s why in this article we’re bringing you a protein popsicle recipe with Clear Isolate. For this recipe, we used Clear Isolate Zero protein. The main reason we recommend making this recipe with it is its magnificent texture, similar to juice or a carbonated-free soft drink, which is ideal for preparing popsicles and does not require milk to be mixed. Although you can use any of the available flavors, choose your favorite!

When should you eat the San Francisco ice creams?

For every 25 grams of protein used, it provides 20 grams of protein. With the quantities used, we obtained 4 popsicles, each providing 5 grams of protein.

Polos Proteicos con Clear Isolate
¿Qué necesitas?
- 1 molde par helados
- 1 Shaker para batir la mezcla
Ingredients
- 25 gramos Clear Isolate en sabor San Francisco
- 300 ml agua
- trozos de piña natural o congelada
Instructions
- En un shaker o recipiente para mezclar, añadimos los 300 ml de agua.
- A continuación, añadimos los 25g de proteína Clear Isolate en sabor San Francisco en el shaker y batimos hasta obtener una completa disolución de la proteína
- Vertemos la mezcla en los moldes para helados. Añadimos 4-5 trozos de proteína por cada molde.
- Una vez listo, colocamos las tapas y llevamos a congelador una media de 4 a 6 horas. Una vez transcurrido el tiempo, sacamos el congelador y desmoldamos. ¡Y listo!
