The properties and composition of Fertilife Man:
Inositol:
Inositol is a molecule with substantial evidence supporting its use in the treatment of infertility. In Fertilife Man, we find two different types of inositol:
Myo-inositol:
- Improves sperm quality.
Chiro-inositol:
- May improve the sexual hormonal profile of affected men.
- Benefits similar to myo-inositol
- May reduce the conversion of testosterone into estrogen.
N-acetyl cysteine:
- A compound characterized by its antioxidant properties.
- Precursor of glutathione, a highly relevant antioxidant.
- May improve cases of asthenozoospermia.
Ashwagandha:
It comes from the root of a plant native to India called Whithania Somnifera. It has been used in traditional medicine for more than 2,000 years. Ashwagandha contains flavonoids, a type of phytonutrient found in fruits and vegetables. · Powerful antioxidant and natural anti-inflammatory capacity.
As a result of these antioxidant properties, frequent consumption of ashwagandha may improve male fertility in cases of hypogonadism or sperm motility problems.
Selenium:
- A mineral related to the antioxidant capacity of our body.
- Selenoproteins are found in seminal fluid and are an indicator used to measure sperm quality.
- Nearly 50% of men are at risk of selenium deficiency as a result of a sedentary lifestyle.
Vitamin D:
- In relation to fertility, vitamin D receptors have been observed in both the testes and sperm, making it relevant to sperm quality.
- Low vitamin D levels are associated with poorer sperm count and motility.
