Sono gli aminoacidi che possiamo trovare anche negli <strong>integratori di BCAAS, MAP o EEAA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Gli aminoacidi proteinogenici sono in totale 20. Tra questi 20, possiamo effettuare una classificazione tra:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aminoacidi essenziali: quelli che non possono essere prodotti dall&#8217;organismo. Devono essere assunti attraverso l&#8217;alimentazione. Esistono otto aminoacidi essenziali: valina, leucina, isoleucina, treonina, lisina, metionina, fenilalanina e triptofano<\/li>\n<li>Aminoacidi non essenziali, che possono anche essere sintetizzati dall&#8217;organismo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Non proteinogenici<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Originano dal gruppo precedente (aminoacidi proteinogenici). La qualit\u00e0 di una proteina fa riferimento anche a un indice che indica il numero di aminoacidi essenziali presenti in una fonte proteica. Per considerare una proteina di alta qualit\u00e0, dovrebbe inoltre contenere gli 8 aminoacidi essenziali che l&#8217;organismo non \u00e8 in grado di sintetizzare autonomamente.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Il valore biologico della proteina:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il <strong>valore biologico<\/strong> si riferisce alla capacit\u00e0 dell&#8217;organismo di assorbire, sintetizzare e utilizzare la fonte proteica fornita.<\/p>\n<p>In generale, si ritiene che gli <strong>alimenti di origine animale<\/strong>, cos\u00ec come gli integratori proteici da essi derivati, abbiano un <strong>alto valore biologico<\/strong>.
