Puede ser obtenida de m\u00e1s de 60 plantas, incluyendo los granos del caf\u00e9, las hojas de t\u00e9, el guaran\u00e1, cacao e incluso puede ser producida sint\u00e9ticamente en laboratorios.<\/p>\n<p>Se clasifica como un <strong>alcaloide<\/strong>, que forma parte de la familia de las xantinas. Las xantinas son conjunto de sustancias con propiedades estimulantes que se encuentran de\u00a0<strong>forma<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>natural<\/strong>\u00a0en especies vegetales junto con\u00a0<strong>la teofilina y la teobromina. <\/strong>Se pueden encontrar\u00a0presentes en los alimentos mencionados en el apartado anterior.<\/p>\n<h3>Cantidades de cafe\u00edna promedio en bebidas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Una taza de caf\u00e9: entre 70 y 90 mg.<\/li>\n<li>Bebidas energ\u00e9ticas: entre 80 y 150 mg.<\/li>\n<li>Taza de t\u00e9 negro: 50mg<\/li>\n<li>Bebidas de cola: entre 30 y 50 mg.<\/li>\n<li>Pre entrenos: entre 100 y 300 mg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Los efectos de la cafe\u00edna<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Act\u00faa estimulando es sistema nervioso central.<\/li>\n<li>Aumenta la sensaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y vitalidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Favorece el mantenerse despierto.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Evita la percepci\u00f3n del cansancio y ayuda a posponer la fatiga.<\/li>\n<li>Efecto diur\u00e9tico.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Efecto termog\u00e9nico: favorece el aumento de la temperatura corporal.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Aumenta el foco mental.<\/li>\n<li>Incremento del rendimiento deportivo.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Aumenta el estado de alerta y las funciones cognitivas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mejora la capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tipos de cafe\u00edna y mecanismo de actuaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>La cafe\u00edna act\u00faa\u00a0<strong>inhibiendo los receptores de adenosina<\/strong>, ya que la cafe\u00edna tiene una estructura molecular muy similar a ellos, concretamente los receptores A1 (distribuidos a lo largo del sistema nervioso central)<\/p>\n<p>Este compuesto produce sus efectos estimulantes y la excitaci\u00f3n mediante la liberaci\u00f3n de la inhibici\u00f3n t\u00f3nica de la dopamina, y los receptores A2A ubicados en regiones con ricas en\u00a0<strong>neuronas dopamin\u00e9rgicas<\/strong>. La cafe\u00edna, comienza a actuar dependiendo del formato y dosis en la que ha sido consumido, un periodo de tiempo de entre\u00a0<strong>15 y 60 minutos. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para eliminarla, el organismo necesitar\u00e1 de un periodo mayor o menor de tiempo en funci\u00f3n de factores como la edad, estado fisiol\u00f3gico, tolerancia, cantidad consumida, medicamentos etc. El promedio es de dos a ocho horas hasta su completa eliminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Los efectos secundarios de la cafe\u00edna<\/h2>\n<p>La cafe\u00edna es una sustancia que genera su consumo dependencia. Se caracteriza debido a que es absorbida de forma muy r\u00e1pida, en un promedio de 15 minutos de media y alcanza su m\u00e1ximo pico en sangre en entre 30 y 60 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cafe\u00edna de liberaci\u00f3n prolongada:<\/strong>\u00a0sus efectos no son tan fuertes ni inmediatos. Se caracteriza porque se prolongan en el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Di-cafe\u00edna malato: <\/strong>la forma menos utilizada<strong>. <\/strong>\u00a0es la combinaci\u00f3n de cafe\u00edna con \u00e1cido m\u00e1lico, con el fin de mejorar la absorci\u00f3n y reducir los problemas de digesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo evitar o disminuir la tolerancia a la cafe\u00edna?<\/h3>\n<p>Con el paso del tiempo, el cuerpo se acostumbra a la cantidad de cafe\u00edna que estemos ingiriendo.
