Tener un<strong> entrenador personal<\/strong> ayuda a que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil conseguir tus objetivos de<em> \u201cforma r\u00e1pida\u201d<\/em>, ya que se<strong> realiza una valoraci\u00f3n previa y un entrenamiento dise\u00f1ado<\/strong> acorde a los objetivos que se quieren conseguir , el tiempo necesario para conseguir los objetivos depende precisamente de estos dos factores.<\/p>\n<p>Los objetivos planteados siempre deben ser <em>realistas<\/em>, ya que muchas personas se ponen objetivos o metas fuera de la realidad<\/p>\n<p>Durante este tiempo, en los centros Reto 48, tienen un per\u00edodo de 48 d\u00edas como el tiempo perfecto para obtener resultados y ver mejoras en nuestro cuerpo<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente, la gente empieza a realizar deporte o se apunta a un gimnasio con el <em>objetivo de perder peso o tener un cuerpo \u201cperfecto\u201d<\/em> , y e<strong>sa motivaci\u00f3n para iniciarse es positiva, pero se suele perder r\u00e1pidamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Cu\u00e1nto tiempo tienes que hacer un ejercicio para obtener resultados<\/h2>\n<p><em>El primer cambio f\u00edsico<\/em> que notaremos una vez hayamos empezado a hacer ejercicio es la<strong> progresiva mejora de la capacidad f\u00edsica<\/strong>. Si nunca has hecho deporte o llevas unos cuantos a\u00f1os sin hacerlo por diferentes motivos, al principio resultar\u00e1 muy duro afrontar los primeros entrenamientos, puede que nos falte al aire e incluso llegar a tener la sensaci\u00f3n de que no somos capaces de terminar los entrenamientos.<\/p>\n<p>En un<strong> par de semanas<\/strong> dependiendo del estilo de vida que lleve cada persona, empezaremos a <strong>notar los primeros cambios<\/strong> que se manifestar\u00e1n a nivel respiratorio y muscular.<\/p>\n<p>Aquello que en un principio es tan complicado cada vez es m\u00e1s sencillo y eso son resultados del ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lifepronutrition.com\/img\/cms\/resultados%20del%20ejercicio.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se empieza a notar el cambio f\u00edsico?<\/h2>\n<p>Aunque la mejora de la capacidad respiratoria y muscular es un cambio f\u00edsico, lo que la gente suele preguntarse es cu\u00e1ndo empezar\u00e1 a \u00abver\u00bb los resultados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La alimentaci\u00f3n es el <strong>pilar fundamental<\/strong> si queremos empezar a ver y a notar resultados \u00f3ptimos. Si a esta alimentaci\u00f3n le sumamos una actividad f\u00edsica adecuada, los resultados pueden llegar a verse en <em>menos de un mes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Factores f\u00edsicos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hay muchos factores que pueden afectar a la hora de empezar a ver resultados. Estos factores los podemos definir como<strong> el punto de partida de la persona.<\/strong> Cuanto m\u00e1s elevado sea el <em>IMC (\u00cdndice de masa corporal)<\/em>, ser\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil empezar a ver resultados en nuestra rutina f\u00edsica. Cuanto m\u00e1s mayor te vas haciendo mas se resiente nuestra capacidad muscular<\/p>\n<h2>Ejemplos de cu\u00e1nto tiempo se puede tardar<\/h2>\n<p>Si cogemos como ejemplo una persona sana, sin sobrepeso, de<strong> entre 20 y 50 a\u00f1os y que entrena una media de 3 veces por semana<\/strong> durante una hora, el tiempo dentro del cual se empezar\u00e1n a ver resultados del ejercicio son las <strong>4 semanas.-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En aquellas personas que sufren de s<strong>obrepeso o su forma f\u00edsica no es la mejor<\/strong>, este tiempo puede alargarse hasta<strong> 8 semanas<\/strong>.
