Ayudan a mejorar la capacidad <strong>aer\u00f3bica y anaer\u00f3bica:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al intercalar momentos de esfuerzo intenso con per\u00edodos de recuperaci\u00f3n, el entrenamiento de series ayuda a mejorar nuestras capacidades aer\u00f3bicas como el anaer\u00f3bicas.
