Es fundamental una preparaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima antes de su realizaci\u00f3n, y la planificaci\u00f3n de la estrategia que vamos a llevar a cabo durante. No debemos olvidar que, una vez finalizado el medio marat\u00f3n, el proceso no acaba ah\u00ed. Los Consejos de <strong>recuperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, esa gran parte tan olvidada, juega un papel fundamental de cara a enfrentarnos a pr\u00f3ximos retos.<\/p>\n<p>En este post, encontrar\u00e1s distintos <strong>consejos y recomendaciones <\/strong>de cara al proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n una vez finalizado la carrera.<\/p>\n<h2>Hidrataci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<p>Durante la carrera, el organismo ha perdido una gran cantidad de <strong>l\u00edquidos <\/strong>y de <strong>minerales<\/strong>. A pesar de que, durante la carrera, hayamos ido reponiendo en cierta medido estos minerales y parte del l\u00edquido, es fundamental, una vez haber terminado, continuar con este pocos de hidrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez cruzada la l\u00ednea de meta, comienza a <strong>rehidratarte<\/strong>. Mas que \u00fanicamente agua, se recomienda el consumo de una bebida con sales minerales para reestablecer un equilibrio.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>bebidas isot\u00f3nicas<\/strong> <strong>post marat\u00f3n<\/strong>, son una de las opciones m\u00e1s empleadas. Se absorben de forma muy r\u00e1pida una vez son ingeridas. Los minerales que suelen contener son <strong>magnesio, sodio y potasio<\/strong>. Estas bebidas, adem\u00e1s de minerales, contienen hidratos de carbono, que ayudar\u00e1n a reponer las reservas de gluc\u00f3geno gastadas durante el medio marat\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Nutrici\u00f3n adecuada:<\/h2>\n<p>Durante los meses de preparaci\u00f3n, lo m\u00e1s probable es que hayamos tratado de mantener una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n saludable<\/strong> y acorde a los grandes requerimientos energ\u00e9ticos que preparar un medio marat\u00f3n conllevan. Recuerda que la prote\u00edna es el macronutriente encargado de reparar las fibras musculares, en este caso da\u00f1adas durante el gran esfuerzo que conlleva la carrera.<\/p>\n<h2>Descanso y sue\u00f1o:<\/h2>\n<p>El descanso y el sue\u00f1o son aspectos fundamentales para recuperarnos despu\u00e9s de un marat\u00f3n. Trata de dormir 7-9 horas la noche siguiente, permitiendo a tu cuerpo descansar lo m\u00e1ximo posible. Mantener unos h\u00e1bitos de sue\u00f1o regulares, son un punto clave para lograr un mayor descanso.<\/p>\n<p>Otra recomendaci\u00f3n, los d\u00edas posteriores, es no realiza actividad f\u00edsica de intensidad. Puedes mantenerte ligeramente activo, pero sin hacer grandes esfuerzos hasta que est\u00e9s completamente recuperado.<\/p>\n<h2>Suplemetaci\u00f3n post marat\u00f3n \u00bfEs necesaria?<\/h2>\n<p>La suplementaci\u00f3n es una herramienta m\u00e1s que podemos decidir utilizar.
