Pero, el entrenamiento no es el \u00fanico pilar fundamental que influye en este proceso. influyen diversos factores como el post entreno, el descanso y otras cosas que trataremos en este post.<\/p>\n<p>La<strong> alimentaci\u00f3n y el descanso,<\/strong> son los otros dos pilares que debes de tener en cuenta, y no olvidar para progresar de forma \u00f3ptima y permitir a tu cuerpo recuperarse tras cada entrenamiento, un proceso llamado post entreno.<\/p>\n<p>Es necesario aportar los nutrientes adecuados en funci\u00f3n de los requerimientos del organismo y de cada persona de forma individualizada y personal. Adem\u00e1s, de un correcto descanso, una de las partes m\u00e1s olvidadas en las que nuestro cuerpo trabaja por reparar todos los tejidos musculares da\u00f1ados y donde el sistema nervioso se debe recuperar entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>En este post, encontrar\u00e1s las r<strong>ecomendaciones generales<\/strong> para lograr una recuperaci\u00f3n eficaz cubriendo los distintos factores que intervienen en ella.<\/p>\n<h2>El descanso:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Reparaci\u00f3n del tejido muscular y fibras da\u00f1adas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante la pr\u00e1ctica de actividad f\u00edsica, las fibras musculares sufren microrroturas, lo que puede conllevar en agujetas dependiendo de la persona. Para que el tejido muscular se repare es fundamental dejar descansar al grupo muscular que hemos trabajo y que se encuentra fatigado. Adem\u00e1s, durante las horas de sue\u00f1o, hay diferentes hormonal implicadas en la recuperaci\u00f3n, como la hormona del crecimiento, fundamental para la ganancia de masa muscular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reducir el riesgo de lesiones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si de forma constante llevamos a nuestro cuerpo al l\u00edmite, realizando entrenamientos muy exigentes y sin descanso, el riesgo de lesi\u00f3n puede aumentar considerablemente como consecuencia del agotamiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para mejorar tu sue\u00f1o:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aseg\u00farate de tener un sue\u00f1o de calidad. Dormir un n\u00famero adecuado de horas es fundamental. Entre 7 y 9 horas de sue\u00f1o al d\u00eda ser\u00e1n lo \u00f3ptimo. \u00a0Mantener una rutina de sue\u00f1o constante es importante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programa tus d\u00edas de descanso:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al igual que planificamos los entrenamientos, planificar los descansos debe formar parte del plan. \u00a0Aun as\u00ed, escucha tu cuerpo.
